When this is the right rig

The robotic tracked mower is the right tool for slopes, dense brush, and tight terrain. But on a 10-acre flat ranch with grass and light weeds? It's overkill. The Polaris RZR with a tow-behind cutter eats that ground much faster, burns less fuel, and lets us pass the savings on to you.

We use this rig for:

• Big flat residential acreage that just needs to look mowed
• Ranch grass and pastures
• Vineyard middles where row width allows
• HOA common areas and large lawns
• School, church, and community grounds
• Absentee-owner fire-season knockdowns (2–3 visits/year)
• Long fence lines and right-of-way clearing

Why a Polaris + tow-behind beats a tractor

The 4×4 RZR is far more nimble than a tractor. It gets through gates, around obstacles, and into back-of-property terrain that a tractor won't fit through — and it leaves a much lighter footprint on your soil. For pure speed on big flat ground, nothing in our class beats it.

How a typical job runs

• We walk or drive the property with you, look for hazards (gopher holes, irrigation, debris)
• The RZR does the bulk in long efficient passes
• Crew follows with weed wackers along fence lines, posts, and trees
• We walk it with you, you only pay when you're happy

What we don't do with this rig

• Slopes over ~25° — the tracked robot handles those (see Land Clearing)
• Dense brush over ~3 ft — also a job for the tracked machine
• Soil tilling, discing, or seedbed prep (we can refer you out)
